1. Introduction

2. Information We Collect

You'll own product design for one or two of our platforms end-to-end — from problem framing with clients through interaction design, prototyping, and shipping. Most projects involve dense technical domains (electrical engineering, developer tooling, industrial systems), so you'll spend real time learning the domain, not just polishing screens.
This isn't a role for someone who wants a Figma factory. It's for someone who likes hard interfaces — data-heavy dashboards, complex configurators, tools where every screen has a reason to exist.

Areas of responsibility

Frame problems with product leads and clients before touching Figma
Design interfaces for complex technical domains — configurators, dashboards, engineering tools
Prototype interactions at high fidelity, not wireframes
Ship designs with engineers, not over the wall
Maintain and extend the design system for the platforms you own
Keep component libraries useful, not just neat
Document decisions so the next designer doesn't have to guess
