About the role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our documentation meets the needs of both internal teams and end users.
Areas of responsibility
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Develop and update API documentation and release notes.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to gather technical information.
Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
Review and improve existing documentation based on user feedback.
What we're looking for
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation tasks.
Nice to Have:
Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git).
Basic understanding of REST APIs and software development processes.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
